Hokkaido Milky Loaf

Decided to make a loaf for breakfast and I chanced upon this Hokkaido Milky Loaf recipe from this blog which seems rather easy to make with the bread machine - fully automated. This is the result of my attempt! =)

Here's the recipe for easy reference:

540 g Bread flour
60 g Cake flour
10 g Dry active yeast
30 g Milk powder
80 g Sugar
9 g Salt
1 pc Egg
250 g Fresh milk
150 g Whipping cream (heavy cream)

I have halved the ingredients for a smaller loaf. Put in the ingredients in the order specified by your bread machine and select "Sweet" bread. The rest - leave it to the bread machine! 3 hours later, you get a wonderful loaf of cottony bread! *yum*
