Gingerbread Man

Baked these to give away as Christmas pressies but unfortunately I didn't have time to make more as I was going on a cruise the weekend before Christmas! Hmm..and I didn't have time to make the icing for the "eyes", "mouth" and "buttons" like the previous year's. Apologies to those who didn't get them, I promise I will start early next year!
