Japanese Cheese Cake

I found this recipe from here and have procrastinated for a few months before I finally found some time to try out this recipe. I was hoping to achieve the cottony taste of Japanese Cheese Cake I have eaten before but unfortunately it didn't seem to turn out that way though my colleagues who have tried it said it tasted ok - maybe they were just being kind. =)
