Mom's birthday is on Monday (10 March) but we decided to celebrate it earlier over the weekend which is good coz I can have some time to bake a birthday cake for her. Inspired by this blog, I decided to bake a strawberry mango cake for my mom's birthday. Besides durian, my family likes mango so that's the perfect choice for the cake. Took approximately 2.5 hours to bake this cake which is much easier than the Mario cake. No fondant involved, just cream and fruits.
