Mango Sago Pomelo

Had friends over for steamboat for Good Friday and decided to make some dessert - cake will be too heavy after steamboat so thought I shall make something light that goes well with steamboat so I googled for a recipe and found one that's easy to follow and here it is. Everyone loves it!
