Five & Dime is a nice little restaurant nestled in River Valley Road with complimentary parking for diners at a private car park next to the restaurant. If you are coming from UE Square, the parking is after the restaurant. Making reservations is a must as there are limited seating. Attentive and wonderful serving staff. I love the fish and chips, especially the chips - will be going back for this next time because this time round I had the mentaiko pasta which wasn't too creamy and was pretty good.
